I'm Meghan Farrar - makes a little more sense seeing my last name now with my company name. I can spell, I just like a pun! I've been in the wedding industry since 2018 and started FAE in 2019.

 

I'm a millennial (and elder emo - it was never just a phase!) born and bred in NOVA that's probably a little too brazen to be in the wedding industry. Nearly nine years later, I'm still crushing it. When I'm not being a boss bitch on wedding days, I love to thrift shop, paddleboard or really anything involving water, get lost in & quote tik tok memes, watch true crime, get tattoos, travel, go to the gym to keep my anxiety in check and volunteer at the animal shelter. I'll always ask if I can pet that DAWG!?

 

I've coordinated over 300 weddings & managed even more for local venues. In that time, I've learned all the things you should invest your money in, and all the things that you shouldn't. I'll always give you honest opinions, advice and quick responses. I aim to be the type of coordinator that you actually want to be friends with after your big day is done. I think that translates into my clientele too, I only vibe with the coolest people!

I like to let my reviews speak for themselves, but I believe in honesty, reliability and responsive communication. I treat all clients as if they were my friends. Our emails are like texts, giving you the answers you need immediately. I will be straight forward in what you do and don't need for your big day, especially if we're staying on a budget! My relationships with vendors will ensure the highest quality of service and interactions.

I’m a 30-something NOVA girl who somehow thrives in chaos — whether that’s wrangling wedding day curveballs or herding cats in the tech world. After two years of “just helping out” Meghan (aka my bestie since high school), I finally joined Farrever After Events as a Junior Coordinator. Honestly, who wouldn’t jump at the chance to celebrate love, drink in the happy tears, and make someone’s big day stress-free… all while hanging with your best friend? That’s not work, that’s the dream.

From 9–5, I’m knee-deep in the wild world of data partnerships at Pure Storage. It’s a goat rodeo most days, but it’s made me quick on my feet and unflappable when things get messy — which, let’s be real, is exactly what you need on a wedding day. Bonus: I’m Type A, so all those tiny details that keep you up at night? They live rent-free in my head until they’re handled.

Off the clock, you’ll catch me at pilates, hiking, cooking, paddle boarding, or traveling to find hidden gems both near and far. I’ve been married to my love, Chuck, for three years, and we’ve got the sweetest 15-year-old pup, Stella, who totally runs the house.

My goal? To keep you calm, keep things fun, and make sure you actually enjoy your wedding day while I work my Type A magic in the background.
