"After our initial call with Meghan, my (now) husband and I knew that we needed to hire her for our wedding. She spoke with a lot of confidence and experience, and her energy was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator.
In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors.
The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work. The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule, we were even able to start ceremony 15 minutes early due to a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup, so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel.
I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control.

Working with Meghan was hands down the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Meghan is incredibly organized, responsive, and such a calming, reassuring presence throughout the entire planning process. She made wedding planning feel easy, from sharing detailed planning timelines to providing an amazing vendor list that helped us build the perfect team.
One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly and thoroughly she responded to every question, especially during times when we struggled to get timely answers from our venue. Meghan’s familiarity with our venue was a huge asset, she knew exactly how things worked there and was able to guide us through every detail with confidence and ease.
On the big day, right before our outdoor ceremony, it started to rain. Meghan handled the situation with total grace and professionalism. While the venue was pressuring us to move the ceremony indoors, she held firm and got us the time we needed. Sure enough, the storm passed quickly, and we were able to have the ceremony we had always envisioned. Thanks to her, everything ran smoothly, even with the weather curveball, and we were truly able to relax and enjoy the day.

"I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Meghan. If you are on the fence about booking with her, JUST DO IT! My partner and I got married with Meghan's help TWICE.
We booked her right after our engagement in June 2022 and in November 2022 we needed to have an impromptu elopement as one of our parents was unfortunately losing the fight to cancer and wouldn't be able to make it to our June 2023 wedding. Meghan, without hesitation, came to our home the day before Thanksgiving and married us in a private ceremony.
Fast forward to June 3, 2023 and Meghan, of course, showed up for us 110% again on our wedding day. My partner and I were able to fully enjoy the day because we knew without a doubt Meghan had everything under control. She wrangled all the vendors, set up our ceremony and reception decor, helped people get to where they needed to be and always made sure Amber and I had food, drinks - whatever we needed!
When you are handing someone so much power to make or break your special day, you want to make sure you're making the perfect hire. Meghan is that person. Not only did she bring professionalism & organization to our wedding day, she was fun and joyful!
Meghan loves what she does and it shows through every interaction you will have with her whether it's over the phone, email or in person. We may have hired Meghan to help us on just one day of our lives but we have fully gained a friend in her and can't wait to see our relationship continue outside of work!"

Our wedding coordinator, Meghan Farrar, was extremely organized and detail-oriented from start to finish. She stood out immediately among the other coordinators we spoke with because she was very professional, refreshingly blunt in the best way, and incredibly quick to respond. Her communication was clear, thorough, and reliable, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the planning process.
On the day of the wedding, Meghan worked tirelessly to ensure everyone and everything was in the right place. One of the biggest highlights was how seamlessly she handled the end of the night—she packed up all of our belongings and had everything loaded into the U-Haul by the time we needed to be out of the venue. We barely had to lift a finger and were able to enjoy ourselves and dance the night away while she managed everything behind the scenes.
We had a tremendous amount of details and decorations, as my mom DIYed everything, and Meghan handled all of our items with extreme care. She followed our special requests closely, including making sure we received extra cake, which we truly appreciated.
All of our vendors spoke very highly of Meghan, which says a lot. She genuinely had our backs, was always available to help, and consistently provided detailed, thoughtful responses. She was an excellent resource for additional services, extremely knowledgeable, and often brought up things we hadn’t even considered. She also helped refine and shape a few of our ideas so they could be executed at a top-tier level.
Bottom line: we had a great experience and would absolutely use Meghan Farrar again. She played a huge role in making our wedding a success—and it’s very clear why she has won so many awards.
