"After our initial call with Meghan, my (now) husband and I knew that we needed to hire her for our wedding. She spoke with a lot of confidence and experience, and her energy was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator.
In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors.
The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work. The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule, we were even able to start ceremony 15 minutes early due to a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup, so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel.
I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control.

"From the moment my now-husband and I met Meghan we knew we wanted her to be our wedding coordinator. Meghan gave us a tour of the venue we ended up choosing & her enthusiasm, authenticity and confidence not only sold us on the gorgeous venue but on her as well.
I can't express how personable, funny & kind Meghan is which makes trusting her with your special day an easy task. Leading up to the wedding, Meghan was so gracious in answering all of my many questions & being supportive in any way she could. All the paperwork she sends gave me amazing guidelines on everything from choosing vendors to tipping. I can genuinely say I would not have had as much fun at my wedding as I did without her.
In the days/weeks leading up to the wedding Meghan organized ALl my vendors flawlessly to ensure they were on the same page & knew their roles day of. The day of execution of all vendors setting up went flawlessly & Meghan set up all of my decor and centerpieces beautifully.
It is truly a talent to bring someone else's vision to life & that's exactly what she did. Not to mention she was checking in on me & my husband throughout to make sure we had eaten, had drinks & that we were doing okay! She also helped me with changing out of my dress later that night!
I can honestly say Meghan was the BEST decision I ever made. She really is just an awesome person & excels at her job because she truly wants to make your wedding special. So many of my guests came up to me to express how impressed they were with Meghan & that they wish they had someone like her at their wedding. I'm telling you right now, HIRE HER if you want to experience an epic wedding day."

"I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Meghan. If you are on the fence about booking with her, JUST DO IT! My partner and I got married with Meghan's help TWICE.
We booked her right after our engagement in June 2022 and in November 2022 we needed to have an impromptu elopement as one of our parents was unfortunately losing the fight to cancer and wouldn't be able to make it to our June 2023 wedding. Meghan, without hesitation, came to our home the day before Thanksgiving and married us in a private ceremony.
Fast forward to June 3, 2023 and Meghan, of course, showed up for us 110% again on our wedding day. My partner and I were able to fully enjoy the day because we knew without a doubt Meghan had everything under control. She wrangled all the vendors, set up our ceremony and reception decor, helped people get to where they needed to be and always made sure Amber and I had food, drinks - whatever we needed!
When you are handing someone so much power to make or break your special day, you want to make sure you're making the perfect hire. Meghan is that person. Not only did she bring professionalism & organization to our wedding day, she was fun and joyful!
Meghan loves what she does and it shows through every interaction you will have with her whether it's over the phone, email or in person. We may have hired Meghan to help us on just one day of our lives but we have fully gained a friend in her and can't wait to see our relationship continue outside of work!"
