This is perfect for when you want to do the bulk of the planning but with some additional support and guidance along the way! I like to say that I give you all the tools to plan, and then I get to execute your vision on wedding day so you can just sit back and enjoy your hard work!

Package Inclusions:
 

Pre Wedding Day - 
 

• An initial consultation via phone call or Zoom to see if we vibe.

• Access to my curated vendor list so you can build your wedding team with the industry's best!

• I will tour your venue if I've never been there before to make sure I'm familiar with the space & staff.

• Receive a planning guide, alcohol quantity list, marriage license information and wedding worksheet to help capture all the details.

• Unlimited emails/communication from date of booking to wedding day.

•  Final logistics meeting at your venue 30-45 days out to go over all details (I'll create floor plans, the timeline, we'll discuss menu/decor etc.) 

• After your approval of all docs, I'll send the final planning documents to your entire vendor team so everyone is on the same page.

• Rehearsal can be included if my schedule allows (Typically at 10am and confirmed time at logistics meeting) and is an additional $500.

Wedding Day - 

​

• Day of Management: All set up of client-brought, pre labeled and assembled decor (Welcome table, seating chart, centerpieces, favors etc.)

• Checking in with vendors, crowd control, running the timeline, and controlling all chaos so you can enjoy the day!

• At the end of the wedding I'll pack up all of your decor and gifts and get it to who you've designated to take it home for you.

• Boom we're married and happy!
