This is perfect for when you want to do the bulk of the planning but have additional tools for support and guidance along the way! We like to say that we give you everything you need to confidently plan your wedding yourselves - but you get to have wedding experts on call for anything you need! Then on wedding day, we execute your vision down to the smallest details so you can fully enjoy your special day!

 

Package Inclusions:
 

Pre Wedding Day - 
 

• An initial consultation via phone call or Zoom with Meghan to see if we vibe.

• After booking, Meghan will be your point of contact for pre-planning. You'll receive access to our curated vendor list so you can build your wedding team with the industry's best!

• We will tour your venue if we've never been there before to make sure we're familiar with the space & staff.

• You'll receive planning documents including a welcome guide, FAQ & FYI, alcohol quantity list, marriage license information and wedding worksheet to help capture all the details.

• We don't limit our communication at all, so you have unlimited e-mails and calls from date of booking until wedding day.

•  We will have a final logistics meeting at your venue with your caterer and venue rep 30-45 days out to go over all details. We'll create the timeline, we'll discuss floor plans, menu, linens, decor etc so all the big players of the day will all be on the same page.

• After your approval of all logistics, we'll send the final planning documents to your entire vendor team so everyone is aware of how your wedding day will look and run.

Wedding Day - 

​

• Day of Management: Your Day of Coordinator (DOC) will set up client-provided decor. All decor must be labeled and pre-assembled. (Examples: welcome table, seating chart, centerpieces, place cards, memory table, signage, favors etc. - Does not include backdrops /draping)

• DOC will check-in with vendors, provide crowd control, run the timeline, troubleshoot issues and control all chaos so you can enjoy the day!

• At the end of the wedding your DOC pack up all of your decor, food and leftover alcohol (if applicable) and gifts and get it to the family member designated to take it home for you.

• Boom we're married and happy!

Additional fees may apply for-

• Assistants - If you, your decor or venue requires a second person.

• Wedding License signing & filing services - Since Meghan is an ordained civil celebrant, she can make your marriage legal and your loved one can perform your ceremony with no legal issues (Virginia clients only)

•  Rehearsals are not guaranteed due to scheduling and can only be confirmed at final logistics meeting 30 days out. Additional fees may apply to any rehearsal outside of a mileage radius.

• Bio-hazard clean up: If your venue forces DOC to clean up any vomit or any additional bodily fluids, a retroactive fee will be charged
